Ordered a bed and mattress from their website on a Sunday. They confirmed order and delivery day for the following Saturday, but didnt confirm a time.They said the driver would ring 30mins before delivery - they didn't and that would be my only complaint. The bed turned up around 330pm that day. Everything was there, all parts etc. The mattress was vacuum packed. Impressed with the quality for the price we paid. It is going to be a great spare bed.
Very bad experience with sue furniture I don’t know he is manager or owner he is very rude he don’t know how to treat the customers. When I bought mattress from your shop then you gave me 5 year warranty but that time you didn’t mention that it’s spring or form but now your product quality is very poor and you hide your products and straight away you didn’t listen me just explaining to your statements you need to Listen first customer. I recommend to all you don’t go this shop very poor quantity I bought mattress only 5 months ago it’s a totally rubbish. He told me talking about my emotions he don’t have a authority to talk about my feelings and emotions who are you ? And also please first learn the Manners after that attents the Phone calls
MUST READ!! Whoever is buying anything from this store must read the reviews here. I wish I would have done the same thing. I bought a cabinet for $250 from here which got broken while I was trying to assemble it due to it’s extreme poor quality. When I asked for a refund, they blamed me that I damaged it on purpose. I had to go through the legal process and finally I got my $250 returned after struggling for 5 months. So, definitely avoid buying stuff from here. P.S Daisyowner/director has no manners how to speak to a customer. She even called cops on me.
Worst tradme seller I have experienced!! Save yourself the trouble and don't purchase from this business. They will only waste your valuable time. I ordered a headboard from them only to discover they had sent the wrong colour.What should have been a simple exchange has now taken over 2 months to fix and counting. Extremely bad communication with up to 6weeks before responding to emails. Easily the worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!
awful customer service, very rude staff. got there to pick up an item that was advertised online - had even rang & messaged to confirm price and availability, once we arrived they told us it was actually a higher price. did not agree to pay higher price, then they went and quickly changed the listing to an even higher price. took business elsewhere in the end as they were just messing us around. would not recommend this place at all.
I would not recommend these guys to anyone!!! I brought a dining suite and within only a few months the chairs were starting to come apart. The legs were bending and come away from the base of the chair. Also purchased 2 sets of drawers the support rails for the drawers were only glued on and also started falling apart and we’re not strong enough to support the actual drawers. Very disappointed and big waste of money.
I was sold a faulty product and company’s reply was “you can buy a new one but we can’t guarantee that it won’t have a manufactory fault”. Rude and unhelpful customer service. Do not recommend.
Had a base and mattress delivered. The delivery guy was great and helped me bring them inside the house. When I took the base out of the thick plastic there was a rip. I emailed them and they are saying there weren't any as driver checked- which he didn't in my presence and with that thick plastic it's hard to see the base. The damage can be easily missed. The way their email is written it sounds like they aren't believing me nor interested in a partial refund.
Great furniture and great prices to match. Sales lady was delightful recommend this place highly.
