I have been to the Panmure shop last month. And I went to New Lynn shop today. It has much bigger showroom, and products well displayed. The entrance looks small, but inside is like massive. Very impressed.
Bought a chandelier from them. Much cheaper than any I had seen. But not a cheap chandelier. So beautifully packaged and quick delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.
Very poor quality product backed by a very poor customer service, see attached picture, this was a major defect and the shop only part refunded me saying the product was fine aftert I sent it back at my cost, $220 for that? hell no, luckily I was able to retrieve my money using Paypal dispute. The picture shows clearly the visual glue and honestly was a poor constructed shade overall, I'd be surprised if they imported it for more than $20......sad face!
Poor customer service, also selling fake copies of David Trubridge and marking them up for nearly double the original designer price then pretending it is in the sale with 40% off. Support the real designer not these over prices fake imported copies. Probably signals what else is imported fake in the shop. Reported to David Trubridge and NZ Commerce Commission.
If you are looking for something incredibly special in the way of a lighting fixture, this is the place! They have some of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen. The reason I've given them 3 stars is because they are Very expensive! Almost everything in the shop has been marked as Half price every time I've been there over the course of several months.. so their prices aren't half price! And when you look at fairly run of the mill light shades like a nice simple wooden one, they are often 3 times the price I've seen them elsewhere. But the special pieces they have on display are the most stunning pieces I've ever seen.. but very expensive.
Was glad to find this place close to home. Huge variety and not particularly cheap but if your want it they will most likely have it or something close to it.
Good Range of lights wouldn't say the best shop in Akl but one of the better ones for your budget parking is pretty narrow. The lady was kind of shy and quite.
Quality products at very good price. I ordered online and found the service by the team very friendly, helpful and fast replies. Delivery was quick and products were well packaged to prevent damage. Highly recommend.
Maybe a small store but the variety and range beats lighting plus and lighting direct Owner is also very enthusiastic and happy to show and talk about the various products
I called up and ordered two of the TBD lights. They arrived promptly, well packaged and they are just what I wanted. Thanks for the fantastic service.
