Worst wrap and worst service. Like seriously the staff at the currajong subway need to get a personality and smile.Got ignored from a older lady that made it obvious she didn't want to serve me but didn't bother to greet me. What great customer service! ALL the staff there need re training, I have been many times before but I'll be honest the service has been just as bad but it's the closest subway to home so I always hope they will get better but they don't! Today was shocking and I will DEFINITELY not be going back! the girl that served me was rude and got my meat choice wrong even though I told her twice it was turkey but got chicken, so then my wrap had to be re made. My wrap was also stale and broke apart when I went to go eat it. Plus who ever the girl that was there not in uniform arguing with a food delivery guy because of a proper delivery bag he didn't have.. You need to learn how to deal with customers in a nicer manner and especially in front of other customers, you make your store look so unprofessional. I feel sorry for who ever the owners are of this store. You need to get staff who actually want to be there and treat paying customers the way they should be treated.
Just purchased a chicken strip salad & as the supervisor has told me becoming didn’t write what salad I wanted they didn’t put any in paid $12;80 for 1/4 chicken fillet & teaspoon of avocado will never buy from here again! Pick up your game Subway
Is always busy and service can be slow around peak times. Staff are friendly and food is always fresh and tasty. Good parking. No atmosphere so to speak of as it's a take away shop rather than a dining in experience.Food: 5/5
Ordered online and went for pickup at 7:12pm, turned up and lined up as a sub had forgotten to be ordered. As I got to the desk I asked for the additional sub and for our online order and was informed it would be half an hour for our online order as they were not filling any online orders currently. We had already paid for the online order so I waited, an hour later I was given our online order. After returning with the order we found that one of the subs had been made incorrectly but we were still charged for the missing ingredients. Totally unacceptable.
I have never been left so speechless at a fast food restaurant before. With 6 people behind the counter - 2 without uniforms on, and absolutely no one had any clue what they were doing. After having to tell the girl serving me that she would have to cook the chicken before putting it on my fresh wrap, by the time we got to the end she said to me, I don’t know how to wrap that - I then said ajust fold the ends and roll…. To which she replied I’m not doing that and walked off. My partner and I left absolutely shocked and both our sandwich’s were awful
I never really like to leave reviews, as I’ve worked in retail for several years and I know there are multiple factors that cause unfortunate situations for both customers & workers, however I will now not be returning as a customer to this branch. The greeting that my brother and I received as we walked in was rolled eyes from an older lady. I dismissed this as just having a bad and busy day. After giving her time to prepare herself to serve us she had taken her time in getting over to us, I let her know the sub I was after a Vege Delite. She asked if I wanted avocado on it, and I politely declined. After pulling my sub out of the toaster, she went to put avocado on it, to which I said, ‘Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t want avocado on it.’ She proceeded to say, ‘Uh, that’s what a Vege Delite is?’ in a very annoyed tone. Thankfully, the man, who I assume was a manager, spoke up and told her that if I didn’t want avocado, I didn’t have to have it. She was not happy at all interacting with us, although we were nothing but nice. I get that people have bad days - I experience that as well where I work, but I always try my hardest to not take it out on any customers. Except for the lovely man who spoke up on my behalf, I do believe all of your staff need to be re-trained. No one is happy, the place is looking more and more run-down. I’d love to see some changes. This was the weirdest experience I have ever had at a subway. A lady came in with an online order to pickup and the workers had forgotten to make it - as they started to make it they were making the wrong things so the lady corrected Mel [I think that was her name] and Mel got very upset at this. Further corrections needed to be made at which point Mel asked if the lady would like to come make the sandwich herself and followed that up with 'this docket is hard to read but your face isn't' Mel was extremely rude to a lady who was already annoyed [understandably] and then refused to finish the order with her. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I'm sorry Subway, but you really didn't impress me on this visit, 4 staff getting around but it seemed to take forever to get to us. Got our food, was ok but not great, Italian herb and cheese was very plain and not cooked enough. We sat outside in the heat rather than at the filthy tables inside. I'm not really that picky but I will call it as it is, last time I visit Subway - The Lakes.
Went in a buy lunch for my family, there was an older woman and a younger girl. Both ignored us, no greeting. We stood back deciding what we wanted for a little bit letting the staff know we were just having a look first but when we didn’t approach the counter when she got there she slammed her hands on the bench rolled her eyes and walked away. When we approached the counter the older woman looked straight at me and ignored me when I went to say hello The customer service was subpar, we didn’t get through ordering for everyone as every question we asked was met with an eye roll, a sigh and a shoulder shrug. We decided to go elsewhere as she was quite rude and just didn’t want to take our order.
I'm not one to write a review on any restaurant, but today was just the last straw! I am a delivery driver and quite often have to pick up from subway the lakes. Every time I go in the shop, they are not happy to acknowledge that I'm there waiting for an order. Delivery drivers are always put last on the list to get the orders which is not good for the drivers and the restaurant. Today they knew I was there to pick up an order and there was no one in the shop after she had just made another order for a delivery driver she should of gone straight onto my one. Instead other staff came out as a few other people came in and she just mumbled under her breath that she was not going to do the order or something. All the other staff didn't start to make it and after a while of waiting had to ask one of the staff if my I rder was ready. They said no and they had not even started making it! I was so angry that I just left the store and cancelled the orders that I had driven a while to pick up. The staff are miserable and not friendly. Management need to go in and check up on this store. I will be cancelling and future order that come in for this store as the long wait times are costing us all money and time!!!!
