Subway

We ordered two party platters and a tray of cookies for a family gathering. Everything was ready at the requested pickup time and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious as were the cookies.

Hot subs were cold at delivery...didn't put on the requested onions. Asked to be double toasted...subs were soggy. Pepper was so thick on the tomatoes I had to remove them. Very disappointing considering the price you pay...my daughter sent in a complaint.... all they offered was to send a side of onions. Subway said they did double toast it...no they did not. I do not recommend ordering through valley eats...spent a lot of money for cold soggy subs. Subway and Valley Eats did not offer any real resolution. Follow up...Subway did reimburse the cost of the subs...Valley Eats did NOT reimburse their fees. Thank you subway.

I ordered a veggie delite sub through the app and received a meatball sub??????!!! i am a vegetarian so i couldn't even eat it and only realized after i got home. second and last time they mess up my order. will not be returning. Vegetarian options: they gave me meat when i wanted a vegetarian option Dietary restrictions: they gave me meat when i wanted a vegetarian option, they cannot and do not read instructions.

I do not recommend ordering subway through an app for pick up or delivery. We ordered through valley eats 2 steak and cheese footlong subs to be double toasted and with lots of onions. There were no onions and the sub wasn’t double toasted it was ice cold, wet and soggy… a steak and cheese sub should be warm especially if it’s double toasted. Apparently valley eats reached out to subway and of course the staff denied it and they said they did double toast the sub. Staff told valley eats the best they could for us is send out a side of the missing onions but refused to redo the sub. The other option was for us to wait until Sunday today is Friday for the manager to come in so they can remake the sub. Poor customer service on both subway and valley eats part. We will see how it is handled on Sunday.

The female working didn't change her gloves between making sandwiches and touching the cash register/handling money… beyond gross

Bathroom blocked off, slow, sold salad with no fork. Steak and cheese as shown in photo. Didn’t expect much but come on.

On my way back home to Toronto and I stopped in this little town to grab something to eat. I decided to go to this Subway location, and from the start I was greeted right when I walked in the door with a “Hello!” The staff here is so so friendly, honestly put the biggest smile on my face today! Woody is such a cool fellow and brings such a nice energy into this Subway! Everyone here is so kind! Friendliest, most topping filled, yummiest, subway I've ever been to! Should stop in if you craving a sub :

One of the best subway restaurants in the franchise. Good clean tables, care going into the food, etc. Owner actually works in store from time to time.

Absolutely worst experience yet, do not recommend online ordering. Order was wrong and when we called to ask about it the lady was rude to my mother. Some of our bread was stale and there was items added that we didn’t ask for. This location is typically good but tonight ruined it for us all… Really disappointing.

Mckenzie and Katrina was awesome! I went to store at 8:57 PM. Within 3 minutes of closing time, without any hesistant, they happily served a large order. They kept customer as the number one priority. They stayed late as well. Great customer service and good quality food. Super clean place.
