Subway

Since the new owners have taken over there always seems to be something wrong with our orders. It's not difficult to make a sandwich yet somehow they manage to make it hard. Had to explain that the cheese needs to be on top of the meat to be toasted, not under it and this information seemed very tricky for the worker to understand

Had a few bad experiences including missing ingredients, not reading order notes, barely filled subs and rude customer service from one individual. However i called and the rest of the staff were lovely and made a delicious, full sub with the extras that i did not receive and waived the price of the extras.

Worst subway ever. First time at this Subway for a few years and it wasn’t what it should be. The young girl was pleasant to deal with. The guys were sloppy and didn’t seem to care about how they put the subs together. Meatball sub was soggy and wasn’t wrapped properly. I wasn’t given a receipt and the cookies I chose were not the ones I ordered. Disgraceful!

I'll always find a Subway wherever I am.. Although they're considered a fast food chain, much rather their fresh option to other big brands.. Parking: Depending on the location, city parking harder than suburban or small towns..

Steer clear from the bendigo main store the salads not fresh it's soggy and dirty, paying $18 for a dirty salad and ham roll meal and under cooked cookies, wouldn't think it's that tricky to keep it fresh, the only good thing was the bottle of coke ‍

If I could give no stars, I would. I have never gotten so sick from food before. I got Food poisoning from this food and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Please explain why this store was closed before 8pm and staff inside making subs. This rude girl just ignored us. Very bad service!!!

The only time your order will be correct is if you're in the store itself and basically eagle-eyeing everything the staff are doing. Every time I've done an online order for this store in particular UberEats, Menulog, Subway App, it is wrong - either wrong or missing items - and it's always such rude responses when you have to go back and ask them to fix it. Only reason for 2 stars in when you actually have to be in store and make it because you at least know it'll be right.

Turned a little past 8 when advertised open till 9. Store looked closed apart from 2 teenagers sitting around. As we approached the store they went out back so we had to stand around for 5mins until this rude girl and came out saying there was no bread. I asked that the 8 rolls behind the counter where and she replied thats for tomorrow... might want to retrain/rehire coz bendigo subway is a dud.

Very bad experience. I bought 9 footlong but none of them was made properly. When we opened our subway it was more like rubbish bin. I can’t imagine anyone can make subway like this. Really disappointed.
