McDonald's

The worst maccas I’ve been to. Staff saying “I’m not making it, I’m off my shift”. Dirty tables, full bins. Ripped seats. Burgers sitting for at least 15 mins while I was waiting for my latte. Drinks unattended.

I've been to alot of McDonald's store and unfortunately I can say this is the worst I've been too. Burger presentation was horrendous, fries were barely even warm. If you were to base all McDonalds stores from this, then the burgers would without doubt be better at Hungry Jacks. To add the that the door lock on the mens cubicle was brocken and looked as though it had been for some time. Leaving the question, do the staff here even care?

Staff were friendly, burgers were as one would expect from Maccas, open 24 hours and reasonably priced and very handy.Food: 5/5

Ordered a coffee frappe... but it was far from a frappe. It was so thick and strong. I couldn't drink it. Not happyFood: 1/5

My attention was diverted to a wonderful, older lady who was working out front with the young people. She made my heart sing by her smile and joking she did with her fellow staff members. She was a pleasure to watch in such a busy, customer orientated environment.

Self order can be easily used for ordering. Payment could be made in cash or card which is friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tables are clean and there are always some ready for use, even for big groups of people. Nice place to chill in while waiting for a bus.Food: 5/5

Philipa I think that’s how you spell her name was amazing. Great with taking order through drive through and very patient as our order was long and complicated! The sundae is only reason for 4 stars and not 5 because we paid for extra toppings and syrup but there still was very little.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through. Food was lukewarm. I think they leave the fries sitting way too long. My friend says they are usually disappointed by this particular McDonald's. I won't be going there again. I came again and the fries were stacked up for ages. This doesn't reduce customer wait time, it only adds to the disappointment of a long wait for cold food....

I can only assume that this Maccas believes that, as a country store, it has a captive audience that knows no better than the sub-standard food that it puts out. I can remember a time when every McDonald's restaurant was the same standard but it is clear that it no longer insists on its franchisees maintaining anything resembling its historical reputation.

Arrived at midnight after spending a few hours at hospital with ill wife. Thought I would get a quick bite while she was being treated. Placed order with 6 cars in front of me. It took 40 minutes to get to the cashier to pay and it was obvious that she had no idea what she was doing. She had also stuffed up the order. Paid for what was left of the order and left to find that the food preparation had been done very early on as it was cold and inedible. Bloody appalling.
