Tell me this isn't a waste of fresh bread‍ staff are awesome just feedback on this cheese toastie I felt I was cheated of the subway experience it's really just aioli squirted on the bread not spread just a squirted line and then sprinkled with cheese pls just make one at home and don't waste money on this
I ordered two sandwiches from this store. My husband ask for onion to add on sandwich but the lady who was serving him was so rude and didn’t reply well. Apart from this, I ordered veggie delite avocado, it is Cleary shown in the picture, she didn’t put avocado in it. She didn’t mark the sandwich and served us so rudely. And it happened so many times before.
Very disappointed with the quality of this food . Ordered the $50 pack plus a few sides . Got charged for double the side . Instead of getting 4 cookies I got a note stating they only had double choc but only 3 . Whole subway order was very disappointing for $76.69

I never normally go to subway it's been many years but as I was walking past the subway at booval shopping centre this caught my eye, I went inside and said I will have that new Southern style subway exactly as shown in the picture. The girl looked at me blankly and she can't make it as she does not know how it made , I was shocked by this and said surely you guys have a reference card etc she said no so to cut a long story short I walked away without anything wondering why subway advertise a product they can't make ?

Twice now I've made an online order and both times it has been cancelled. Not only that thought I'd drop in one night after finishing early at work and they had already shut the store for the night 2hours early.
Ordered subbox deal delivered. Came with no deal. No drink no cookies. Expensive $30 sub.
The sign in the door says max of 10 people in the store yet the staff let 20 of us stand around inside waiting for over 20mins with no service while they mostly just made delivery orders. Nothing was said in regards to social distancing and dead set more people left without even ordering than they did with a sub. It would be understandable if the staff were doing their best and trying to work within their own covid-19 guidelines but they couldn’t even acknowledge us all waiting. Not even a smile or a “thanks for your patience”. Will not waste my lunch break here again.
