I don't usually write bad reviews.... but when the staff have no sense of urgency in a rush and you wait 20 minutes plus for "fast food" then you receive crusted over sauce, the Coke is bubbling and tastes like dishwashing liquid and your food is cold, it's not exactly a great experience you want to rave to your friends about...Food: 1/5
We went In and ordered dinner we sat there for about 30 minutes and when our food got delivered to us it was cold not just that the other tables around us were so dirty won't be coming here ever again
Final time going this McDonalds Which is my local, better to drive elsewhere than go here. Always issues! Either foods cold, or something is unable to be ordered, or they get your order wrong. Never ending problems, but to top it off... Ice Cream machine wasn't working AGAIN.
When I used their ordering machine they did not have any numbers available for table service so you were force to get takeaway and the machine did not print any receipts but they didn't have anything advising you that they were having trouble with their printers so bad luck if you didn't take notice of your order number because that disappeared before you realised you weren't getting a receipt. When I first informed staff all the table numbers were stacked on the bench to be put out I was completely ignored and the girl just kept her back to me. I had to stand there with a four year old, holding my hot coffee, which was ready about 10 mins before the food. Luckily I have a well behaved Grandchild. After eating we went to the play area where the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I think the staff here have a lot to learn about customer service.
Have had multiple problems with this McDonald's, get breakfast and they burn the buns of my mcmuffins, forget to give me butter and syrup for hotcakes. Calling them for the mistakes, they offer to replace it which we greatly appreciated but then get in a massive argument accusing we made the whole thing up even though we had photo proof and for the better part of a whole year there has been absolutely no salt on the chips, we ask for extra salt in expectation of this and they just give us salt packets... On top of it all, they leave rubbish that are laying around the floors, tables even in the playground, saw staff empty out the bins without gloves. Quite honestly it's the worst McDonald's I've gone to with no ambition to improve their service.
The place is still messy. Also thought i’ll share a laugh at this pickle on the burger. Mac’s what was your logic?
Waited over 20 minutes for a mc chicken wrap meal for my son and in the mean time plenty of other orders were going through.. turns out it was completely forgotten and not worried about. Throughout the wait I seen multiple people return things that were not made correctly. I opened ed the wrap once jumping in the car where it looked like a mashed up salad with a wrap thrown on top. This place needs to pick up and to start with, don't have 15 kids running a store.
Every single time we get Mcdonalds delivered from here we are missing half our meal and they never add a happy meal toy. This has happened for over two years now. Even in store we only get our correct meal 50 percent of the time. I've even put in a formal complaint with Mcdonalds and never heard back.
The order prep was 18 minutes the coffee was done 14 minutes before the meal was really. The Mighty McMuffin was just thrown together had no bacon and the egg was black and smelly which I had to remove and throw out. For a $30 meal I was very disappointed
