Last few times I had been there, there was a fight between staff and a person on a personal matter. Staff are all young and not trained professionally. Never all of the food available. Needs new management!! This is the only subway I have been too numerous times and it's way under par of these others in wodonga or Albury
Wangaratta shop Monday 11.30 We ordered, 4 x 12 inch Subs. Mine was chicken bacon Ranch, with lettuce, tomato, tasy cheese toasted italian herb. This included 1 piece tomato, minor coverage of lettuce and back, covered by to much ranch dressing. I have had this before here, and it was really nice. Unfortunately not the case this time

Ordered a chicken and bacon footlong ranch- there was SO much dressing on it that it fell apart and was a soggy mess.
Best place in the world to me. You don't often get a bad sub. The variety is great and you can tailor the taste to your own liking. What's nor to love Kid-friendliness: They have a small range for kids, but it's a range nonetheless
I was a regular customer at the Wangaratta subway and utilised the drive through for convenience as time is money and we have a short lunch break, on many occasions “after the drive through had been rectified from an issue unknown to the public” I was left there waiting with no one serving me what so ever, this happened on many occasions. The straw that broke the camels back and the final time I would utilise “Subway Wangaratta” was when 3 young girls outside were pumping down cigarettes like they were the last ones in existence, I politely asked the young girls if the drive through was operational, they replied “yes” I proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes with not a single person serving me, so I started to drive away, shortly after I was yelled out to as I drove away with smart remarks. Assuming the reason why I didn’t get served is all of the employees were smoking cigarettes. This customer service is absolutely disgusting, I will never return to this store whilst these particular employees work here and some improvements are made. I have head similar story’s from other members of the community also.
This subway has a driveway which is unique, and probably not the best idea. If it is raining there is no cover above the speaker so you and the inside of your car gets wet! Ordering was quite inefficient, and staff forget the order and subsequently confirmed it multiple times at the ordering speaker, pay window and collection window. Customer service was lacking quality and was not 'fast'. Didn't have all the cookies in stock. Bread and cookies were hard and crumbly. Rest of the food was okay. Sub wasn't wrapped up properly, the ends were left open .
Worst subway I’ve ever been to, the girls that work there look like poll smokers and can’t even conjure up a brain in between them. They sit out the front and smoke darts while customers are waiting in the drive through. Better off going to the supermarket, going home, making the sandwich then eating it in the time it takes them to make a 6 inch
We have been given mould FILLED cookies, all produce is poor, subs are soggy and barely cut through the top layer. I’ve never had subway so bad. The staff are very lovely though so I feel bad leaving this review! But it is all sooooo bad!!! And I leave my vegetables to grow their own societies at home so I really mean it when I say it’s so far from fresh.
Staff were standing around doing nothing whilst one person was serving customers and making they're subs. I waited at drive thru for ten minutes drove to the window and finally got someones attention and they said the headsets been playing up. I was wondering why they couldn't put a sign up. Then they took awhile for my one six inch sub. Customer service was poor and the three girls also need to learn to talk quietly as they said stuff a customer shouldn't here. Poor experience but its still fast food so not suprised.
