Of all of the KFC’s I’ve been to in Australia and overseas, KFC Wangaratta would be by far the filthiest KFC I have ever seen! There wasn’t a single clean table to be seen, the toilets were a disgrace, rubbish bins full, food and drinks littered all over the floor, absolutely disgusting! If that’s what the customers can see, I’d hate to think what the hygiene standards are like behind the scenes out of sight of the public….. Hopefully the Food Safety Authority comes and conducts an audit to sort this place out as it’s clear that the management have zero interest in doing anything about it or implementing any kind of standards….. Never again!!!
Best KFC I've ever eaten. Stopped on driving home from Melbourne. Chicken was hot and tender. Chicken burger was hot. Staff very friendly and efficientFood: 5/5
Ordered through Menulog. All the meals were wrong, missing burgers, tenders and had the wrong sauces on the burger. Called the store to see if they could fix the order and get it delivered, whoever answered the phone didn’t say anything but could hear other workers swearing in the background, they hung up and in the end we had to drive down to get the missing items. In the end all the food was cold and wasn’t good at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could give no stars I would, absolutely disgusted with this place we had traveled for 4 hours and decided to stop in and get tea worst mistake ever took 30 minutes to get 2 meals after they tried to give us our food cold after the first 20 minutes of waiting manager had a pathetic attitude she still made our order wrong denied a refund if we got our order even though we waited so long I will never be coming back and will not recommend anyone come here unless you wanna be furious
the worst kfc we’ve ever had… chips were of course soggy but reeked of chlorine, we asked for pepper mayo on the burgers in the burger feast but all came how they usually come but one zinger came with pepper mayo, asked for extra sauces for the nuggets/popcorn chicken and got no sauces, burgers were average and half the food was cold, also, the chips were halfway filled. had to wait 30+ mins despite there only being two orders in front of us…overall very very disappointed :

My Wife and I plus our Grandson attended Kentucky store # 1133 at 12.59pm in Wangaratta today and I have never been so disappointed in the a store The store was dirty, floors looked someone had tried to clean them and just left all the rubbish and food scraps on the floor, there was Not a clean table in the restaurant plus my wife went to take my grandson to the toilet and it was filthy. Not a good look would Not recommend this store to any travellers. Management needs to get their act together and clean it up .
Absolutely disgusting food, premises, service, attitude!!!!! It should be closed down !!!!!! Do not go there!!!
KFC is KFC. The chicken was pretty fresh at the time we went. Only complaint would be cleanliness of the tables/seats, but this is pretty standard in fast food restaurants where they have minimal workers to maximise profits.
