Today I had the worst sub ever! The bread was stale and tasted like cardboard. The fillings were not any better. I have strong stomach but this made me literally puke. I don't usually complain about food and in fact I eat at subways on different outlets all the time as I usually like their subs but this one in Artarmon deserved the bad review for everyone to know this establishment is cutting corners somewhere when it comes to food freshness, quality standards and/or cleanliness. Attached my receipt as proof of purchase
Absolutely excellent service today. All produce was super fresh, tomatoes weren't green, lettuce and cucumber was crisp and everything looked and tasted delicious. The sandwich engineer was spot on, actually listened to my requests and executed them brilliantly. This man really knows how to make a sandwich, and even put the sauce and salt on the meat instead of the vegetables, which I have never seen one Subway worker do. Promote this man! Though not too much because I want him to keep making me sandwiches. 10/10
Had a footlong meatball sub and found it to be stone cold and seems like it has been sitting in the display for a while. I’ve had this before from the restaurant without any issue however this was disgusting and had to throw it out
Very rude staff. So unwelcoming that the person won't think of going again. The girl was in so hurry like she is catching a train. She was very rude packed the sub so messy in hurry. I think this Subway should think of getting their staff trained again what is customer service. I was like saying please after everything I want in my sub but the way she was behaving like with so much of attitude needs to know this industry is all about being polite and smiling.
Puts less than usual tuna with a knife on the sandwich, and honestly it is a rip off, I have been a subway customer since ever and they use a proper scoop , this guy used a knife and puts a little , just like spreading butter, I asked him to put little bit more as honestly no value for money. I have paid for double meat as it was just little. The store was clean and the staff was presentable, but, next time use a proper scoop and be ethical business who offers value for money.
The new owner, Renee is such a wonderful franchisee! Her staff are amazing & polite. Venny who works there most days when my daughter & i visit always knows what our order is. Even during the lunch rush, they always take the time to say hello! The meats & salads are always fresh. We have lived in Artarmon for almost 6months & this is our go to place for a healthy fresh lunch or dinner
There were 3 girls working at this subway when I went there, 2 of them were super friendly, but one girl was extremely rude and disrespectful, she was completely uninterested in serving me, but once my order was complete, she happily served the next few customers but when someone arrived with a similar skin tone to me, she served them exactly how she served me, with a rude attitude. As this lady was completely racist to me and the other customer, the other 2 ladies working there was so kind and treated me exactly like how she treated others.
My favorite food in Artarmon, the store is EXTREMELY clean. The staff is very lovely and polite. You won't regret. I am regular here and i would give 1000 star for this store :
I love this particular outlet of SUBWAY. This outlet is different than others. It is the Cleanest Subway I have ever been to, the salads and vegetables actually look fresh, and this is always the case ; not a ONE off coincidence. Their workstations are sparkling clean, so are the other appliances - the ovens, display counters everything. A tidy lil shop with some sit down arrangement. The staff is lovely and greets you with a smile .So whenever I am in Artarmon, my decision making about what to have is pretty simple. I go get my SUB. Folks, your hard work is not going unnoticed.
