I had order one multigrain veggie wrap nd veggie pettie salad bowl. When me and my friend ask about quantity of veggie in wraps Service staff was replied really very rude. She told like if we want food then come here otherwise don’t come here. Buy food from any other place wherever you can. I put my salad bowl back even after she charge me. You can check CCTV of the incident at time between 9:40-9:55 PM on 22/04/2024. I don’t like this kind of behaviour and never have expected this kind of behaviour from the service staff.

Most of the staff are friendly and polite! And this is probably the only 24hr eatery in whyalla! Update- I guess the size of filling is decreasing over the time. Please be consistent especially with fillings, sometimes the attendants drop filling but they dont refill..
A small subway located inside an OTR service station. The subs are a good as any subway. Service was good and fast. My only complaint is you can’t use your Subway card for collecting points. You have to use an OTR app which I don’t have.
The lack of experience in this store is rather telling, ironic seeing they have the average age of about 50. Twice now I have been overcharged because one of your staff members doesn't know how to put through a meal deal properly. Train your staff or hire younger people that know how to use a computer!!!
Enough with the sly comments just do your job I don't need the running commentary. Not at all interested in what you have to say 2 of the staff should never be a representative of subway so rude is a understatement. I will pull you up on it every time I come in. Looking back on the reviews I see with the certain people im writing about im not the only one it's time to go.
Food is good no complaints there, just annoying when the staff are always more interested in what's walking in the door, the service here needs improvements.
I have very bad experience with subway on 25/12/2021 at around 4 : 00 pm there was a old lady who made my subway she was very rude towards me while making my order ready I think her behaviour was rude maybe because of my nationality she was kind of racist person she don't value the money which i spent on my food she ruined my Christmas day.
Not really hard to make a sandwich, these guys do a great job. Clean store with friendly staff.
