The OTR at Alberton is on the smaller side... It has everything you'd expect from an OTR service station... The only downside is at night they refuse to serve hot food & not just when the machines are being cleaned. It depends who is on some staff are worse than others, Leave people waiting for 10mins outside when it's cold & raining... No one else is in there no-one came to the night window just nothing they know people are waiting as well its Abit of a game. I'm not joking it truly seems that way...We could see the attendant just standing in the door way between counter & back area...Other than that it is the usual OTR Service Station
They don't let you in if they don't want to it's all the time... The servers literally hide around the end of the counter towards the door way through to the back room & we could see them standing there they think we can't guess what everyone can usually see you all hiding behind in the doorway... Why do you all do that? I waited 10mins the other night another gent joined me he went to knock on the window it was raining aswell... I had to pay for petrol & get chocolate & you leave us waiting 10+ mins WHY DO YOU DO THIS... Not just the 2 of Us either numerous people have said they had the same happen... None of us were abusive or rude, threatening etc... it's just something they keep doing for idk what reason
2litre simple milk tasted like it was left out of fridge. Plenty of date but tasted foul. 2nd chance bought a 2litre again yesterday and its got a strong chemical smell and taste. Maybe its the plastic container as I had a similar problem with an uncle Toby's product when they changed their packaging so it it can be recycled.
I was angry on the last review because there were no hot dogs.nEverything else fine just they had no hotdogs.nI moved up to 3 stars
The Attitudes Of The Staff Is Terrible They Dont Want To Sell Hot Food After 6pm At One Stage... The Service Was Terrible
