After an error on DoorDash, which I couldn't fix on their end, I called the store about the issue and they were understanding and helpful. I was going to receive ingredients that I didn't want for my subs as per the receipt and the man on the phone said that's okay and he crossed out the ones I said were not intended.
Got 2 philly 3 cheese steak subs for me and my wife and they had NO MEAT and NO CHEESE. They are in the name and you forget to add them? If I wanted a salad sandwich I would go home and put lettuce on bread. Place was quite filthy too and the subs took forever to make.
Discusting, dirty, staff cross contaminated my food and all the other subs I watched them make. They used the same pair of gloves for absolutely everything including handling cash and then continued to make the subs. Staff leaned over and pressed their breasts and shirt into my sub, put my salad toppings in the middle of the sub. Only the middle If I wanted a stale, contaminated, badly made sandwich I would have asked my 3yr old to do it.
This is specifically a review for Stephen who works at the Chapman plaza subway in Gladstone. All the staff there have been great. They are wonderful. But on my last visit, Stephen's level of service was second to none. The way he explained the options and especially the way he talked through the ingredients with my mum was outstanding. I recommend putting that guy in head office as part of the training team when he finishes school in 2 years time.
We’ve just ordered online for pick up and when we got there they haven’t even made our subs because they didn’t have any meatballs left but it wasn’t updated online nor they called us to let us know. While my partner waited at the store after choosing a different sub they still got everything wrong, nothing was toasted, they made two of the same subs instead of two different ones that we ordered with different salads. We ordered two combos as well and they didn’t end up giving us our correct cookies. Overall it was such a frustrating experience and annoying.
