Worst customer service ever. Lady short healthy she didn't have her name tag on was rude and pretty sure she is not good for business. It was Monday afternoon was quiet there still as soon as we enter she was rolling her eyes like she didn't like customers to come and order. When we begin with our order she has so much an attitude and rudeness the way she was talking to us. If the owner reading this please either give her proper training or keep her back not on front because I am working in hospitality for 12 years and I would definitely say her attitude is not good for small business. Hope you solve this we are local and the other staff are really good I think she is new to this store.
Look you know what you are getting when you come here...nothing flashing but everyone in the family will find something they like. Add the cookies, chips and a drink you are sorted. Quick service despite a large queue at lunchtime, the staff did well. Veggies were fresh and tasty, enjoyed it after a morning at the beach. Well located centrally.
bad customer service, we were served by a short chubby guy with black hair and the name tag voldemort, you’d think he just came out the closet judging by his voice. He was rude, bossy, and sarcastic. Atleast the sub tasted good but don’t take it out on the customers that you hate your job and somehow get stressed making a sandwich with about 4 people in the shop at 7pm.

Mustard was enabled in the app , but still no fried onions . 2022....sub dog delicious....what would improve it? Fried onions, and putting the cheese on top of the hot dog instead of underneath as it didn't really melt when toasted. Slight issue if you try to order a sub dog through the app you can't select American mustard. But yummy as always...
The lady that served me was fantastic I understood her, she was pleasant with a smile. Subway is a guaranteed great feed.
The customer service was the rudest I have ever seen! Now when you got to subway you know what you are getting the food was fine except the ham . There where two guys serving me and my friends both of them had a really bad attitude they should be patient especially in these times. I wanted to say something but I just had to walk out. Get new staff!
James is the best. He is hard working, fast and efficient. Our big group of friends came in and it was super awesome to see how amazingly he served us all. Big ups to you bro
