Went to get 2 salads and a sub on our way to Australia Zoo today only to be told they only had one salad bowl! This is not the first time we’ve had similar happen at this Subway store. They said they get deliveries on Monday, so that means a whole weekend & Australia Day weekend to boot that salads can’t be ordered. Whoever does the orders needs to realise bowls & lids don’t have an expiry date so they just need to make sure there is more in stock! If I had ordered online, which I usually do, I would have paid for something they couldn’t deliver! Bad management!!!
Terrible service, quite rude, was throwing ingredients on the sub, continued to mess up order multiple times after been very clear, couldn’t be bothered to go out back and restock salads and source after asking politely for them to do so. Subs were not wrapped properly causing source to leak throughout the car. To the two girls working at 2:30pm 4/10/24 that were serving I expect not to see them working there next time I go in. This is not the first time this has happened with these girls working there!!!
The girl who just served me, made my day. I was having a horrible day and her kindness and conversation put a smile on my face. She truely deserves praise.
I had the most incredible service from Gabby just prior to posting this. She was kind, quick, made an excellent wrap, and helped me while I was struggling with the kids.nnI haven’t always had the best experience at this subway, but Gabby you have redeemed the store. Keep doing a great job!
I dont know what has happened to this store, all the good staff have seemed to disappear. The young manager now seems so ditsy and cant get a full sentence out of her. The place was disgusting and the chicken I ordered seemed slimy and off. Such a shame as the old team seemed lovely and to actually care about their customers
