This place has lost me, first time here and the last as well.nLovely new restaurant, however no counter service whatsoever, we were ok with the self orders, but watched another patron struggling and the staff too busy talking amongst themselves to even think about offering assistance.nThe burger I ordered was a joke and I should've asked for my money back. We've been to Macca's countless times, but won't bother with this particular place again.nNot recommended.
Asked for bacon to be put on my burger but it was not put on cool whatever, as I went up to the counter all the young girls looked at me and walked past without even acknowledging me, then I heard one girl say Uh oh while looking at me and didn’t move. I then had a guy take it and he was great and fixed it up for me. I then realised I didn’t receive the right drink so I took it back and stood at the counter while everyone looked at me and ignored me. Not good enough honestly
I do not normally eat at McDonalds, I had a Breakfast in the morning of the 8th November, I must have been looking lost and had the wonderful experience of running into Donna a credit to McDonalds, Donna could not do enough, and advised of the Benefit's of having a Seniors Card.
I have been going to the local McDonald's restaurant at Bracken Ridge in Brisbane, and I am only going for a cup of tea after a walk at night time. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the food and the tea. I have given my thanks to the staff, but I was unable to thank the specific staff who made the sandwiches and the tea. I think it's worthy to reward good work and the people who provide it. Thank you, Bracken Ridge McDonald's and the staff who work there.
HinThis is the second time this week that I have asked for a ham a cheese toastie and they haven't been toastednnI even waited 10mins in the drive through for itnnI don't mind waiting but when I get my food and it's not toasted I get a bit annoyednnUpdate - 26th of maynWent back after a couple of months and once again im extremely annoyed...nYou pay $15 odd for a meal and this is what I get... I will be coming in and talking to management.
