I enjoy going to Stylz Warringah Mall for so many good reasons. The team members always listen and act accordingly. The other thing I like about Stylz is they advise us about the cost before hand which makes it easier for us. No hidden costs! Ruby looked after me today with her smile and kindness, same as Hanna. I’m very happy for the colour and trim. Couple of other times phily sorry if I misspelled it! looked after me too. Also, I congratulate the management in making the working atmosphere so calm and relaxing, which enables the team to work in peace and harmony. Keep up the good work!Service: Hair coloring

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were realistic about setting expectations for changing my green hair back to a natural brown and up front with me about pricing. They did a great job colour matching to my roots and it was overall a very positive experience with nice people.
The staff is rude and their price is misleading. I went in to get a retouch and a blow-dry, they wanted to charge me $150.00 for package deal. When asked how much each service was I was told that the retouch was $55 and blow-dry was $85, which is a total of $140. I chose not to confront the staff about the obivous price discrepancy and had the retouch done. When leaving I noticed the sign saying that full colour, treament, style cut and blowdry was $115 as per photo evidence. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service and will never return. According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCC "It is illegal for a business to engage in conduct that misleads or deceives or is likely to mislead or deceive consumers or other businesses. This law applies even if you did not intend to mislead or deceive anyone or no one has suffered any loss or damage as a result of your conduct." This is an obvious breach of consumer rights and is punishable by law.Service: Hair coloring
I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Paula at Warringah Mall. I had my hair cut, washed, coloured with foils, toned and blow dryed on Sunday 14 August at 11am with Paula. I have not had my hair coloured in nearly 20 years and was nervous about doing so. However, Paula was so lovely and attentive to what I wanted and she did a beautiful job. Please pass on my thanks to Paula. I'll definitely be back because of Paula.

I was really surprised with the price - AUD109 when the website advertised AUD65 for a haircut. The lady said I was welcome to leave and shop around. On a Saturday afternoon I surely wouldn't have found anywhere else to get a haircut. For this price I could have had a haircut in a nice salon instead I was in this very busy and noisy place. Thankfully the lady who took care of me was really nice and I was happy with my haircut. Unfortunately it wasn't a plaisant experience and I wouldn't recommend this placeService: Hairstyling
