I had my hair cut and styled my Sergio! He did a fabulous style cut. I've always had long hair and decided I'd like it shorter so happy I went to him, the cut is exactly what I had pictured in my head. It's beautiful. Terrible cut, not sure if the lady is a professional… I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, which was SO much better AND cheaper!!!! Do not ever cut your hair at Just Cut at Warringah mall in Brookvale!!! Express Style Cut professional hair dresser fixed my poor haircut. If you are looking for a great professional stylist, please go there! Highly recommended!!!! I thought no one could fix JustCut haircut, it was beyond BAD.
I took my 13 year old daughter in, and was very specific about her cut - it took a long time to convince her to go at all, because she’s been trying to grow it out. The woman we were sent to was packing up to leave told us this- she didn’t smile or say hello. I told the woman VERY clearly- my daughter is trying to grow her hair out, so don’t cut off more than the dead bits I showed the lady- literally no more than 2cm. I also said the hair gets quite knotty underneath at the back, so could we remove some bulk from there- but was really clear ONLY from underneath at the back, NOT all over. She said “I understand” and asked me to go and sit at the front to wait. I watched as she proceeded to cut 2-3 inches off my daughters hair, and had to actually run over and tell her to stop thinning it out as she was taking it out from all over. She told me “I thought you said you wanted layers” well- what she was doing was thinning the hair, not cutting layers. My daughter was in tears after we left. Very unhappy.Service: Kids' cuts
I went there on the weekend for only a fringe and the chopped half my hair off and gave me the most choppiest fringe. It was so rushed. They are not professional and not clean at all. If you want a good haircut DO NOT GO HERE !!!Service: Kids' cuts
My haircut was uneven at the back. Someone pointed it out to me so I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. Also the stylist cut off way more hair than I asked for. There is a difference between a trim and a cut. So unhappy with my experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.Service: Hairstyling

I went in to get my hair trimmed, and had to take my 10 month old son with me. Normally he is great and occupies himself with a bottle but not this time and he decided he wanted to cry. The staff were SO lovely and helpful and all took turns settling him, walking him around and even holding a portable DVD player with cartoons for him to watch. They definitely did not have to get so involved but they all were so helpful. I couldn’t recommend all of the staff more for how kind they were. I had my medium length wavy hair cut into a short layered bob. Brought in a few photos and asked which one would be easiest to maintain so went with that as I am lazy with my hair. The result was very stylish and good value. The service was professional and friendly and I only had a 5 minute wait. I definitely had the most experienced cutter in the salon this time but I have now been 3 times and always find the hairdresser I have does exactly what I have asked for and I come out looking good.Service: Hairstyling
I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but feel I have to after my experience. Upon arrival the staff seemed uninterested and occupied, which is fair enough - It may have been a long day. But then the haircut, it was extremely rushed and unprofessional. The hairdresser did not even comb my hair or make sure it was parted correctly before she started cutting. The haircut is extremely uneven, I’ve now booked a new cut to try fix the damage.
Best hair dressing salon on the northen beaches. Always get cut by the same guy and always get an incredible job. Never go anywhere else. 1000% recommend
