Studio Technic Mums and bubs is the best gym class I have ever been to! Kate and Alex are so nice and encouraging as trainers, but at the same time make sure you work hard and get the most out of your workout. My fitness has improved so much since starting this class! The set up for the babies is also great and the other Mums are all friendly. You can set your own pace/weights, and there are well spaced breaks to tend to your baby (but no problems if you need to tend to your baby at anytime, and the babies are usually well entertained by the other babies and dedicated baby watcher). Awesome value too. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This boutique gym absolutely rocks. Kate and Alex pump out the classes and the tunes! There is never a boring class and always such a buzzing energy. Not pretentious at all. I come in do the work and leave feeling high. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and I’ve been so well looked after by the trainers who are always checking in on me and adjusting exercises so I can keep up my training in a safe environment. Highly recommend!!

Great space! Great atmosphere! And great place to feel like part of a team! Kate and the trainers at Studio Technic are always so energetic and fun. They make sure that everyone feels comfortable, works out to their potential but are always concious of any injuries or limitations you have! .. great studio if you want a family feel!!!

Kate is hands down the best personal trainer that I have ever had. I have been having PT sessions with Kate for two years now and she has really helped me to achieve my fitness and weight loss goals. Kate genuinely cares about her clients and makes every session interesting. I have been supplementing PT sessions with classes at Studio Technic, which are just awesome. I especially enjoy the HIIT classes, they are over quickly but I feel like I get such a great workout. I cannot recommend Kate and Studio Technic enough. 😊

Kate and Alex are amazing! Seriously, they're fun, friendly and yep, fit. The Mums & Bubs class has been my salvation this year, and I'm so grateful to Kate for putting it on. It's a fabulous set-up and the improvement in my strength and fitness has been huge. And I'm not even the kind of person who does fitness classes! Thanks Studio Technic. You rule.
