After a few teething problems with the takeover and new owners I have found Adam wonderful and will go out of his way to help and assist which I'm very grateful for.  Like alot of businesses, sometimes it's been difficult getting some supplies which is completely out of their control  but Adam always ensures that he will put aside the medication you've been waiting for and make a phone call to inform that he's put it aside. The ladies are very professional and knowledgeable and also will take the next step to help. I am again very happy with their service as I was before it became Blooms.  Fantastic Pharmacy

Hey team at Blooms The Chemist, I just wanted to send through a post of appreciation to you guys. Every pharmacist I've talked to across the Blooms The Chemist stores, from pharmacy assistants to the pharmacy managers themselves, they have all been delightful to talk to and converse with. I don't say this lightly as I understand how busy pharmacists can be and how hectic the environment can be, so for each pharmacist to be so kind to me even during those moments is very heartwarming. Love what you all do, keep it up! :

I can’t fault the service here….Each time I’ve been in, the service, information and advice given has been brilliant.

They do not follow Covid rules of mask exemptions. Carers are exempt with hearing impaired aged. It's on the Gov website. I was assisting my aged hearing impaired mother without a mask so she could hear me and l could pass on what the masked girl over the counter was saying, l was been demanded to put a mask on, l refused and explain the current rules in place for this very situation , the owner of the store became aggressive and demanded me to leave enjoying her power trip. I complied, she said we will take care of your mother, l said well stand next to her so she can hear and speak up. Anyways l would not recommend these rude heartless people. I will be taking on legal advise due to them not following current rules. I asked the nasty owner to quite the reason why she was exiting me, she refused. All l can say is their day will come and will have to answer for their discrimination and segregation. I was well within my rights to assist my aged mother, l am all she has and l assist her with shopping and so much more. They last time got my mother's medication wrong and gave my mother someone else's medication the time before so l made sure l was with my mother to make sure she was given the right script, they ended up at my mother's house putting mum in a panic, getting mum all flustered due to their incompetance. Sorry but how the hell do you give a wrong medication, and to an aged person. So this is why l was there this time, they cannot be trusted and a disgrace. The customer service staff were not to blame BTW but the owner is a piece of work.

Great chemist. Friendly staff and helpful at all times. Both myself and partner have medical conditions and when the owner often sees us, he will personally always assist us with our prescriptions. Is always helpful with great advice also. Have been coming here for years without a singlen issue.

I walked in to be told to get out because I didn’t have a mask. I told the pharmacist that I have a medical exemption only to be told to wait outside and that I would not be served. By law we do not require to have to justify this. I have a breathing condition and the treatment I have received here was absolutely disgusting - almost all the staff were horrible. This is not okay. We do not choose to not wear a mask, and take extreme caution where we can. Strange that I saw multiple workers with their mask under their noses NOT worn properly but still lack the decency to treat others with kindness. I’m appalled and will never come back here - will definitely be tagging this place in social media posts to be boycotted. Disgusting!

Rude staff! I purchased a sale item and tried to return it 15 minutes later and they refused to issue the refund - even though it is my legal right! Victorian state law clearly states that sale items should be refunded as per government policy. The pharmacist said that the owner Terri has told them to knock back refunds on sale items. It is an absolute disgrace that he would be misleading his staff and cheating loyal customers of their legal rights!! I will not walk into that dodgy chemist again!!          How convenient that Chemist Warehouse has opened at Studpark! Cheaper prices, more variety, a higher caliber of staff, no dodgy business!! This place is going down!! And I was not surprised to see so many bad reviews on their profile. Wake up people, start treating your customers with the respect they deserve because without them.. you don’t have a job!!

They haven’t been there for very long and they already gave me the wrong medication.  I went in there with my usual script that says which one I use and they gave me THEIR brand without even asking if I wanted that one.  If I didn’t notice soon enough, that could’ve had serious repercussions.  The same thing happened to my grandmother and a friend of hers.  Disappointed.
