I strongly suggest whoever owns this business needs to emphasize customer service to all your staffs. You will never know your business might be ruined by one of your unprofessional team members.nWith my awful experience today, I would give NO stars if I can choose.nAfter presented my prescription and waited outside for 10 minutes, I was told they have to redo the process and won't be long. While I was looking at the shelves for some coughing syrup, a rude woman came up and asked me to wait outside again. I was on my face mask all the time.nAs I walked out and to my surprise, the woman sprayed something at where I stayed and was laughing at me for no reason. I believe no one could stand this kind of humiliation and deserve an apology!
Special mention of Karen, one of the pharmacy assistants. She’s so welcoming, friendly and on to of everyone’s needs. The major issue I have with this pharmacy is their pricing, it’s outrageous. I asked if they price match with Chemist Warehouse CW advised they do. One of my medications is $9.99 at CW, this pharmacy told me it’s $15. Not sure how a $5 difference from CW is price matching? Regardless, the majority of the staff are great.
I have been a customer of Rowville Lakes Pharmacy for over 20 years and I am disappointed and angry that Management have decided to make Maria redundant after 15 years of wonderful, personal service. Things have changed so much at the Pharmacy and despite extensive renovations, not necessarily for the better.nThe installation of so many cameras is unsettling to staff and customers alike.nThe knowledgeable staff no longer have been allowed the time to ensure that customer's needs are adequately addressed, especially when they have been instructed to spend a minimum amount of time with each customer. I feel that the Pharmacy has lost some of its personal touch.nMaria is an excellent Pharmacy Assistant, who is always pleasant, helpful and respectful to me and my family.
Booked a vaccination online and when we attended were told the person who does them wasn’t there and would be there in 1.5 hours. Was then told we could have them at Wellington Village- they called them and confirmed. Arrived at Wellington Village Amcal and they rudely told us you can’t turn up without a booking. After we explained the situation they said no one had phoned them! After a wait, we had them but will never get vaccinations there again- so rude and could easily have phoned us to tell us the situation before we left home.
Lovely, friendly staff. I had been feeling completely fatigued for at least 6 weeks after new prescription meds. I told Michaela my symptoms and she took the time to listen to how I'd been struggling. She recommended particular multi vitamins and I am feeling human again. The pharmacy fit out has changed and it's more spacious and easy to find what you need. It's great to have a local pharmacy that take an interest in you. Happy customer.
