We purchased off market so a google review is the only way to boast about Aaron’s professionalism! Being in the industry myself, he understood that we were wanting someone genuine to work with who would listen and look for us etc. and he really approached our situation with compassion and didn’t just flick us off if we didn’t buy the first property we went through! I can’t thank you enough Aaron! We are so grateful we got to work with you!

All staff are friendly, very professional and thorough! Aaron and Tanya have gone above and beyond to help us find a lovely place to call home...  I'd be very surprised if anyone had anything negative to say about them. I highly recommend them giving them a call for all your real estate needs!

Very poor service wouldn't recommend. They don't answer the phone. Not willing to help. Very rude. Too where we even had a very abusive letter left on our car. Very nasty Tanya hung up on the phone call mire then once. I would not recommend

Pretty awful experience, I ended up having to setup a tent in the backyard of the rental I was at in Erica due to a bad mould problem in the house. I spent 6 months, including the whole entire winter, sleeping in that tent whilst still paying full rent. The house was left to me in such a dusty condition, I started having health problems within a couple of weeks and Sarah had the nerve to demand the carpets be steam cleaned on my leaving when there was no evidence they were cleaned at all when I moved in. There's no legal obligation for a tenant to have the carpets cleaned upon leaving if they were not cleaned prior to moving in. I had to throw away literally thousands of dollars worth of my stuff due to mould contamination and there was professional mould testing actually done but the results were withheld from me, all the while I was being told there's no serious mould problem, that it was only "minimal". My elderly dog got incredibly sick with vomiting and diarrhea, he was lucky to pull through.  Eventually Strzelecki Realty were forced to release the mould report to me and the problem was not minimal, it was significant, which I already knew due to my growing health problems. I was flat out lied to by the property manager- Sarah. I would suggest to really know your rights as a tenant when dealing with this company.

Thank you for getting a new fence at a certain address but thank you for allowing the dogs in the address that you knew about to be let out constantly because of your’s and the Landlord incompetence.  If they dogs escape and end up in the pound we expect you to be paying for them to be released.  Maybe you should do the right thing and fix the fence properly.. This is not the first time they have escaped.  THE LAW IS TO HAVE THE FENCE AT LEASE   DIG PROOF FROM IN GROUND. NOT HIGH OFF THE GROUND.  Very disappointed with this real estate agency.

Aaron is one of the most genuine and kindest people I've ever met. He made the process of buying my first home so much less stressful. Aaron never tried to push through or rush the sale, and made sure that I was comfortable with all the finer details before signing the contract. He went above and beyond and I could not recommend him and his team enough!
