Alex Scott and Staff Real Estate Warragul

My wife and I were tenants of a property that was leased through Alex Scott & Staff Warragul. The entire process from the application, during the tenancy and vacating the property was handled professionally. They were extremely helpful and down to earth. We can't thank AS&S enough for their support during our tenancy!

Went to purchase a property through alex Scott real estate Warragul. Offer was accepted by the vendor, paid a deposit, signed contracts. And then before the vendor could sign another offer was put in and we were told that our contract was void and they were selling to another buyer. We are very disappointed and just can’t believe that they were still showing people through the property and taking offers even though the vendor had accepted our offer and we had signed the contracts. I wouldn’t trust this real Estate and I would never deal with them again

Sorry I haven’t used them I had a run in with one of there vehicles on the road. They tailgated me then overtook me very dangerously, then further down the road overtook the next car nearly causing an accident as there was cars coming in opposite direction. The driver is obviously some kind of moron or just has no respect for other people or cares about anyone’s safety. I got it all on dash cam and I’m thinking of getting the police involved as there actions could have ended with a fatality.

Continuously given misinformation. Listed my house without speaking to me. Used outdated photos of my property. Spoken to rudely by property manager and accounts staff. Repairs were done without seeing an invoice.

Staff are efficient and warm. As to be expected with a local real estate agent.
