Jumped on replacing 2 x faulty defib batteries straight away. Received within 48 hours. Top notch service.
I bought a Lifpak CR2 defibrillator on 1 September 2021. It arrived 7 September 2021. I set it up and a few hours later it started turning itself on with the lid closed. I reported this, with video to the supplier. They forwarded the information on 8 September to Stryker. Stryker contacted me and advised it was a lid issue and they would post me a new lid and battery. I heard nothing more from them until I called again on 17 September - nothing had been done. They advised they would post me a new unit. I called again 30 September and have been advised it is on backorder and they only have 1 person dealing with packaging and postage. For a Fortune 500 company I was expecting a bit more. Maybe my expectation is too high. Hoping to have a correct functioning device in the near future.
Such an incredible progressive company, my dealings with the people in this company have been amazing, definitely a company leading the way in forward thinking, development of its employees and of course med tech devices. Very impressed.
I have been here for over 4 years and love the culture and direction in which the company is going.
