My mum was admitted to RNS emergency last week. The triage nurse did the best to assess mum and recommended immediate treatment. All the nurses and staff looked after her well. However our special thanks to Team Leaders Mia and Morrell for their valuable service and care to mum and being so polite and respectful

Can't thank enough to the Nurse Practitioner Danielle Coates for her empathetic, collaborative and extremely helpful approach to treating her patients. She did her magic today and absolutely turned our negative experience into a successful positive one. She is not only asset to the team at RNSH, but to all of us. Thank you Danielle for helping us with the unpleasant situation today. We are very grateful for your magic!

Ill go slightly against the mediocre ratings im seeing and go full star with 5! I dont understand the mixed reviews here. Ive been admitted to Emergency stacks and stacks of times and every single time without fail its been fair to very good. Staff are of course always amazing and in all honesty the wait times never seem to be too bad either! Great ED. and BETTER THAN ENGLAND!

Outing 2.nAfter a few nights of chills, aches & sweats and my head resembling Deadpool with no mask I ventured to Emergency.nThe staff were exceptionally professional, kind & made me feel at ease, huge shout out to Nurse Daniella with the swift consult, Nurse Emmi - awesome blood work thanks for the sandwich too, life saver! & dealing with my bruised avocado skin & hell yeah to Dr Callum for doing a top job doing more blood & keeping me up to date, then a positive prognosis, sort of, time will tell but regardless couldn’t fault you guys! Australian Hospitals are in good hands!nnOuting 1,nCannot thank enough Doctor Roxy & Nurse Allie & all the wonderful supporting staff who helped me a few Saturdays ago .My original concern was chest pains but since then the lovely people at the Chest Clinic have given me the ALL CLEAR & think it’s muscular, which made this whinging old codger very happy. Thanks again to all!

The time and criticality of the situation for the staff and this department is a misunderstanding! Waited for 4 hours for a simple dressing of my son’s head was awful. Not organized and no proper number of staff is obvious gap.
