Building with Stroud Homes is the greatest decision we have ever made. Dan is one of the best humans i have ever meet and his team are all amazing. We have been in our home for over 12months and had Zero issues, Stroud has called, sent emails and came out to our home over that time to offer their services. The materials and products they use as standard are levels above other buildings you will see and feel it everyday. We couldnt be any happier, Thankyou Sunshine Coast Stroud!

Professional and personable, fantastic experience building our first home. Built well within time, excellent quality, great communication from the start. We have done already and will continue to recommend Stroud to anyone we know who is looking to build, we are confident that they will make it an equally enjoyable experience for anyone, you hear so many building horror stories, this is certainly not the case with Stroud. If we ever look to build again, Stroud would be out first port of call!

From the very first meeting and right through until the handover of our new house, the team from Stroud were amazing! Dan and Sarah have delivered on everything that was promised when we decided to use Stroud to build an investment property for us, and even after completion we are still getting great customer service. Shane our building supervisor was extremely professional and we felt very comfortable that he was looking after the building stages. Everyday we would get a message from Shane via a great app called Voxer and he would let us know what had been done and send through photos for us to see which was great as we lived interstate. I highly recommend the Stroud team and can't thank them enough for the beautiful home they built us.

We have recently built a home with the Stroud Sunshine Coast team and can honestly say it was exciting, fun and stress free. From day one through to handover with our site supervisor (Barry) we were confident that we had chosen the right builder. The client service was excellent, any questions we had were answered immediately and all of the team were professional. All of the trades people we met on-site were friendly and happy to answer questions. We received regular updates and photographs from our site supervisor who appeared to be as excited as us at seeing our home progress. As a client this reaction was great to see and experience as you knew he was dedicated and proud of his work. We would highly recommend Stroud Sunshine Coast to anyone looking at building a home on the coast. Thanks again to Daniel and all of the Stroud Sunshine Coast team for building our beautiful new home.

Responsive, great customer service, no issue too big to deal with, fantastic experience. I have been told multiple times that building is very stressful, Stroud made the journey stress free, I recommend Dan and his team highly. After a stress free build on the Sunshine Coast? Definitely talk to Stroud Homes.
