I had an area waxed that I didn’t want or need waxed. It wasn’t mention in the description on the website and the technician didn’t mention it when I asked her to inform me at the beginning of the appointment. She just quickly and hastily carried out appointment. I am now dealing with bumps and in-groans in an area that was perfectly fine before.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

It was horrific and I will never go back. Read this to the shocking end. I'd been there 4 times before and it was fine. Then 2 weeks ago, I had a blonde, older British woman name similar to Shawna who seemed odd from the very beginning. She insisted on something very inappropriate, which has never happened to me before. She kept getting more bizarre. She did a very poor and incomplete job again, never has that happened anywhere else, ever and when I was explaining how the other staff there had done it, she then doubled the price to $65...to fix/complete the original job. It was clear from her odd behaviour that she was mentally unstable & so I just wanted to get out of there. She went certifiable crazy when I was paying.  LATER THAT NIGHT...I got a text message from her yes - I find this impossible to believe that said: "You STUPID, PATHETIC, IGNORANT OLD woman." A second text said PISS OFF....a third text again said "PISS OFF" She is officially certifiable. Stay away. I just saw the other 1 star review and I'm sure it's the same British woman. The thing with bad reviews is they are always just the tip of the iceberg. Most people can't be bothered to report as it is time-consuming. Stay away from Strip because of that psycho staff member and terrible service.

I’ve been going here for almost 3 years and the ladies have all been lovely and professional. What stood out was they accessed individual cases as well, for example, I was in and out in under 10 mins for a full appointment, so from the first appointment I was told to book online for a 1x wax $35 instead of $60. I’ve never had a problem until I went last week. The older English lady with glasses who did my wax first berated me about how I booked a 1x instead of the full one the WHOLE appointment, telling me that the people that work there want higher wages but they don’t care about making money, then she proceeded so put so much wax on that it felt like it went inside me! Her waxing session resulted in inflammation, swelling and the skin being torn. I don’t know if they’ve changed ownership but that one appointment means I’ll never go back and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! For $60 go find a nicer more aesthetically pleasing salon where you won’t be berated or worse still, hurt in the process!

I wouldn't reccomend this place, stay away. No towels on the old tables to lie on, no towel to cover up and the use of hair clippers that I highly doubt are clean. Overall an awkward experience, much nicer places to go.

I’ve only been here once but very happy with the service and wax result. I’ve been getting waxed for years and would always get a rash and spots afterwards however after a wax here that never happened! Definitely will return
