Training with Striders has been a life changing experience for me! It is more than just a place to workout and get fit, it is like my second home with my second family. I use to be terrified of the whole Gym Scene and Personal Training. But then I discovered Striders Personal Training Lawnton, I was scared at first, but I knew that I needed to take that first step, That was over 2 years ago, and I have gone from almost 120 kg to around 90 kg, and I have enjoyed every moment of the journey, because the great Team of Trainers and staff at Striders who are all so wonderful and supportive, that I just felt like part of a big family, and now I think of every one of them as family, I still go 3 nights a week, because now I am toning up and building muscle, I have never felt this healthy or good about myself as I do right now , I'll be eternally grateful for everything that they have taught me and done for me , and I have no hesitation in recommending Striders to everyone out there who wants to change their lives, just like me. The Striders Family take great pride and care in what they do, and I would like to say a big THANK YOU to them all for Saving my Life. Do yourself a favor and take that first step and Striders Personal Training Lawnton will get you started and you won't look back. I just can't say enough about The Striders Family. Love you guys. I've been training at Striders for many years now, the team helped me to transform my body into the best shape it's been in for my wedding back in 2012. Since then they've helped me maintain that awesome body and strength and then helped me get back into shape after having my two boys. I highly recommend Striders to any person who is looking for a personal trainer or somewhere new to work out. The personal trainers at Striders are all very knowledgeable, super friendly and supportive.

The team at Striders go above and beyond any other PT I have ever worked with. From the friendly, welcoming and family oriented environment, to the experienced and extremely knowledgeable trainers who really take the time to work with you to understand and achieve your goals and encourage you at every single step - Striders really is such a motivating studio to train in. Having been plagued with sports-related injuries, and a recent knee-reconstruction, I walk away knowing I'm in good hands with Striders. I really feel supported at Striders and so, so happy I made the switch. Highly recommend!!
