Situated in the Hotel Grand Chancellor on Hobart’s historic waterfront and established for more than 25 years, the Strickland Gallery has been showcasing the art of many of Tasmania’s most awarded artists whilst offering the opportunity for the young and new aspiring artist to display their work in these beautiful surroundings.
Prominently displayed throughout the hotel foyer and public areas as well as within the gallery itself, this art can be viewed by day or night, seven days a week.
