Best gym, has we’ll kept equipment, always really clean atmosphere and friendly staff

Every time I go to Kerikeri I train at Strength Works and I’ve got to say - I’m so grateful to Jade and Joseph for putting together such a unique and well put together gym. It gets to the point now where I get excited to holiday up north and can’t wait to get to Strength Works! Not only is the equipment awesome and well set up, but the gym is always spotless and the staff are awesome. THANK YOU guys!!!

The 24 Hour Concept works great, the location is spotless, the equipment is modern and well set up and the staff is welcoming. Apart from that it offers awesome boxing lessons with a motivated and knowledgeable teacher.

Friendly staff always ready to help with any questions. Great being 24/7 so theres no excuse not to go! Awesome environment friendly members and they offer great PT sessions if you need that extra motivation

Great gym Everything is brand new Awesome friendly staff Cheap membership prices Great equipment, facilities, changing rooms and showers etc Best thing is able to go at any time of the day when it's convenient to you opposed to within certain opening hours and no public hols closures etc

Ive been in new-zealand for 2 years now and this gym beats all the other by far flashy equipment well organized always clean and fresh love the vibes up and going loveIt absolute 5star gotta give it a try .

This place is great for fitness and getting a good workout in. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to.
