My husband and I attended a fabulous foam roller workshop with Asita and Alyssa at Aligned Movement. The difference in our stiffness and aching muscles was apparent almost instantly. We're hooked! Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable when comes to managing pain and injury. They are friendly, personable and genuinely passionate about ensuring your overall health and wellbeing. Having enjoyed a number of classes at the studio as well, I cannot recommend the team at Aligned Movement enough.

Great selection of fitness classes run by Aligned Movement in Kerikeri. Barre is a personal favourite. A fun and relaxed environment makes it enjoyable to work out

A highly enjoyable workout with a fun and energetic instructor. Alyssa is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to body mechanics and is quick to correct any bad posture.
