Im very dissapointed & somewhat shocked with my treatment my the Strathalbyn mitre 10 staff. After seeing a $50.00 price tag on a similar plant i payed $100.00 for on weekend i asked the manager why, and also the plant i bought appears to be very unhealthy if not dieing. He told me to come back when the plant expert was there during the week and we can sort something out. I went back and was hand balled between staff members, including the manager untill there was four staff members basically questioning what i said and how i planted the plant and at one point acting like i didn't even buy it there! After listening to there pretty bad attempt at customer relations and bullshit i asked if they where willing to help me or do something about plant cost and the fact plant was not healthy. The manager blatenly said no!! Anyways there​ gang up, stand over customer relationship style is best avoided. If you want good service, go somewhere else i will be.
