I have had a very pleasurable experience today at Storage King.  I want to commend on the two staff members Margarita and Lisa on how much help I received in storage help with donating my furniture to a great cause. And how friendly they were towards me. These two ladies excel in customer service skills so good on them.  Regards Natalie Lyndon

Lisa was great in helping me downsize my storage unit and to organise the discount offer immediately, so that I would be charged the new rate instead of the automatic previous rate .
