We faced the daunting task of selling our family home after 50 years in Frenchs Forest. Keith and Ian were incredibly patient and understanding with us, never pressuring or pushing. Their courtesy, professionalism, guidance and expertise helped us negotiate through many challenges, plus a rapidly changing market, to get to the point where the home was sold after 1 viewing and for a price we were happy with. We can't thank them enough - highly recommended!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our agent Stone Real Estate Belrose. From day one we knew we could trust them and that was important to us. Ian Clarke and his team have consistently been professional and proactive in managing our property. They take care of our house as if it is their own ; with thorough and sincere efforts. We totally left our house in their hands when we moved to Europe for work. Ian, Christine and team take care of every little detail, keeping both the landlord and tenants happy. We had a weeks notice to secure an appropriate rental having had the one we thought we had secured, not receive a building certificate for occupancy. Ian went above and beyond to contact owners overseas and do the checks so we were able to keep our removalist and move as planned. Christine our managing agent made the process of renting for the first time in our 60s a stress free process. We expected to rent for 6 months but ended up extending our lease a number of times due to our off the plan villa being delayed. At all times, the staff at Stone were supportive in every way. I would thoroughly recommend Stone Forest to all- whether owners or renters, sellers or buyers.

Three different real estate agencies were interviewed before we chose Ian Clarke, at Stone Real Estate Belrose, to sell our parent’s home.  I cannot speak too highly about the support and guidance, which Ian and his team provided to my sisters and me. From my very first meeting with Ian, I found him to be very approachable and totally focused on helping to make the sale of the family home which was an emotional journey, as smooth as possible.  Ian’s advice for setting up the house for sale, his commitment and attention throughout the open days and sale process and his after-sale management could not be faulted. I would like to express my gratitude to Ian Clarke for his help in the sale of my unit in Mona Vale. I have been very ill and moved 400 km from Sydney and needed to sell my unit.
