I was disappointed with the management of how it was put on the market. I was promised one price and on the sales agreement was much less and I was rushed to sign there and then without and any explanation. The display board was taken down before the due date as signed in the agreement and also from the website.

Easily the worst real estate agent I have ever worked with. We were initially lied to about who lived on the property with us, we got no responses for any of the issues around the house including injuries that were caused by not getting things fixed and when we alerted the real estate to all the lease breaks we got a simple response of "we are looking into it." I would not trust this company ever again, especially with something as important as a home.

After seeing Anne around open homes for the last 2 years and building a consultative relationship with her we decided to go on the market using Anne and the team at Parnell Partners. It was one of the best decisions we made through the process of selling our house.  Anne’s passion for her customer brings energy and excitement to what can be the daunting process of selling/buying one of your biggest assets.  Amazingly approachable and only ever a phone call away and you can ask Anne anything without being made to feel uncomfortable or as though you are wasting her time.  Anne takes you through the entire process step by step and makes sure you are comfortable without pushing you into anything.  It was a joy dealing with the team and we are very happy with the result and still call Anne for her trusted advice which she offers up freely.  We definitely recommend Anne and the team at Parnell Partners and will use them again without a doubt.

If you want to rent your house w these agents, beware ! They took extensive photos of our place claiming that the tenants leaving the premises had to comply to the state of the property at the time of their leaving .Tenants left w the pool looking green, the tiles all black and cobwebs all over the place and the gardens looking wild and unkempt - yet no claim was  deducted from the bond. They did not serve the owners - we bent over backwards to accommodate tenant demands conveyed to us. Never again. You don’t get what you pay for.
