My entire family and i have been with the clinic since it has opennNow my issue is with the receptonjst especially the islander woman Felicity and tbe muslim woman Hager with the head scarf very rude , bad attitude . Called a week prior see if my grandfather had outstanding bill tbey said no , to go in today and when going to pay the island lady says you didnt pay , i said yes he did as my mother apid at dominion road and we are happy to provide a bank statement the island lady says no we will check with our admin teamhad a attiude being snarky by cutting me off saying ok ok i know what im doing. The nurses and doctors are and have always been great it is the reception staff they need to replacennHager was rude didnt bother to want to listen when i tried to let her know my grandfather is in toilet , i heard his name be called can you ask the doctor if he has called him told me to wait take a seat , gladly enough doctor came in as he over heard and said was that kenny i said yes i tried to explain to her but she didnt want to listen just told me to sit take a seat , if he didnt come back or for me to keep repeating myself my grandfather would of missed his appointment who is also 91 yr old and is in painnnReally over the receptionist here where the ones from 3 years ago

I had good experience with the Doctors and Nurses in this clinic but I found it hard to communicate with the receptionist when I call them.nnIt might due to the work load is high, but the attitude they have sometimes seems rude to me and made me not feeling welcome. I had a particularly bad experience today so I had to write it down.nnI have asked one of the receptionist to communicate in a certain way due to my English speaking level but she kept ignoring it and made me really confused at the end. By the end I guess the person just really got annoyed by my requests. She just hang up the phone after saying whatever she needs to say without letting me confirm the details.nnI got the impression the receptionist just wants to get the job done and don’t really care about customers service or the way ppl communicate differently.

Excellent care by reception Staff thru to nurse who took all my health details thru to doctor Gary who saw me and diagnosed my issue.nHighly recommended doctors clinic
