Reception never pick up phone, online booking system is pool.
They never pick the phone, and finally when you reach them the receptionist is rude and stuck up. The doctors are nice though, and with online appointments now you’ll be seen more promptly compared to before.

Previous ago, the medical center was great,even the nice reception. But now, always said fully booked. Hardly to say any other medical center happened like this everytime. The reception service is poor too.
The receptionist and nurse was very nice and helpful. The nurse didn’t make me feel awkward nor uncomfortable while doing my test.
Every time I call to book an appointment they are always "fully booked" even some times if I ask for the next day and one receptionist, her service isn't good

be more careful when giving patients particular blood results. DONT give wrong information. CAN BE LIFE_THREATENING.
Appointment make 11am, still waiting, now 12am still waiting. Hopeless.
