Story

A long, reputable history and an honest, contemporary approach to real estate make Stockdale & Leggo Shepparton the office of choice throughout the Goulburn Valley. Well known for its down to earth and professional team, high levels of client care and impressive sales results, the office also houses an award-winning Property Management Department with one of the largest rent rolls in regional Victoria.
The office provides services across all facets of real estate, from residential and commercial sales and leasing to land, hobby farms, lifestyle properties and some rural properties. Opened in 1998, the office is a family business, continuing the Butlers’ long real estate history in the Goulburn Valley and beyond.
While Scott, a qualified and renowned auctioneer, maintains an active role in sales, oversees the running of the overall business (and is busy keeping up with three young kids), his brother Darren, a plant and machinery valuer, works in sales, while Darren’s wife Fiona manages the large Property Management Department.
Scott, Darren & Fiona, work closely with staff to ensure that the office’s high standards, in terms of both personalised service and top results, are maintained. The large, multilingual team, comprising of more than 15 members, pride themselves on maintaining high professional work ethics.
Stockdale & Leggo Shepparton’s sales team adopt innovative sales and marketing strategies and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, pitch in wherever needed and get the job done. They, unlike many others, are also highly trained in negotiation, a specialised skill aimed at taking a property’s sale price to its highest point.
While the rental team manages some 1,000 rental properties, it’s extremely well-run and optimised with the most advanced systems and technology for efficient, streamlined communications and processes. The office’s growing commercial department is also expertly managed by qualified auctioneer, Vince Tassoni, who works closely with his wife Jessica, who oversees the department’s administration.
