I chop alot of wood up and have to deal with the bad customer service from the mildura shop as it's more convenient for me to just use them for my oils and chains/bars etc. Instead I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Just unfortunate that they can't smile or have a good attitude, I spend alot in that shop well over 3 grand. Wouldn't be surprised if the business went under due to a lack of smiling faces.
Took a 7yr old honda tiller in to get fixed, $30 later was told it was like the dodo. Dead & unfixable. My 16yr old neighbor likes to play with engines so I gave him the tiller to tinker with. 15mins later comes over & shows me it in full operation. So a 16yr old with no qualifications can fix machines better & cheaper than stihl mildura. Make of that what you will!
