Stepz Fitness Varsity Lakes

Joined up just over 12 months ago. Great family type Gym for all ages. Well equipped. Has a light-hearted and fun atmosphere. You don't have to catch a Taxi from one workout station to the next ;. Never had a problem with payments - debits etc.

Out of all the gyms I've been to, Stepzfitness Varsity Lakes is the best one. It opens 24 hours and people actually come here to exercises...not to slack off or play mobile games on the machines. I have been with the gym for more than a year now, and I am very happy with it!

Best gym I've been apart of . No egos, helpful n friendly staff . Mini family in a great environment. Been a member for 6 years and havnt looked back.!!

I had a membership with this gym for over 2 years. I continued my membership while pregnant, I was unable to attend as I was unwell and had complications. I had my baby and ended up externally unwell and needing surgery 3 weeks after giving birth. I attempted to return to the gym after not using the membership for over 12 months but became unwell again. I started to go into financial hardship. I missed 2 payments and was treated as if I was a life time debtor. I was unable to get into the gym and had no credit card to pay the bill $68 over the phone or In store via eftpos as Kasia asked. I advised I couldn’t pay via this options and asked for BPay options or bank details several times and Kasia refused, stating they couldn’t. I don’t have a credit card and don’t have a visa/master debit card. So I couldn’t pay over the phone even if I wanted to. Today Kasia has advised that she has sent my details over to a debt collector because I didn’t pay. All I read was that she doesn’t provide sufficient payment options being only one provided to me, EFTPOS I even asked if I could do a one off direct debit to no avail. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING WITH STEPZ FITNESS and going to Jetts or Snap fitness as they have better membership options, staff with excellent management skills and have empathy for their customers when they need it most.

It's all about the quality. Good equipment, well maintained, cleanest gym I've ever trained in and Kasia is awsome Manger, you keep it alive. 2 up.

Always a great atmosphere at this gym! Highly recommended. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not impressed at all. So many other gyms that have so much more to offer at such a better price.

I had offered by them, one week free training. After one week, I did not continue going there and return back their key on time. However they have charge me $82 because they have forgotten to cancel my registration and said that all was my mistake and did not refund me back.I never advice to my enemy to go there.

Great gym..Lovely friendly people & great classes...easy parking & Kasia is a super lady
