We got doors installed by these guys. Screws were left on the ground in the driveway. Big no no. When i told the guy who had done it i wasnt happy, he told me it was screws he had taken off that were in his way. Stupidest answer i ever heard! Who cares where you got the screws, dont leave them in the drivway! All this would be forgiven if they had come back when requested to fix a small issue that makes the doors hard to use. It has been a month at least and no communication! I understand they are busy but this is not ok to not communicate. I will update this if they get back to us.

Rang Them Friday after lunch, the sales Rep Roger came out at 3:30pm. What a fantastic guy he went thru all the options and I had quotes first thing the Following Monday. Can't fault them as I haven't even heard back from the other 4 companies I rang.

Will definitely recommend Steeline doors...keep up the good work.
