Just had my garage door serviced by East Coast Garage doors and I thought the service was second to none and I found the pricing to be extremely fair. I have had 3 doors installed by this company over the years and every occasion has been a joy. I would recommend this company to anybody.

A technician attempted to fix my electric sliding gate motor on Monday 8 Jan. Unfortunately we were told our counter was damaged & the gate was in limp mode & to continue using it like this until it eventually stops, as it couldn't be fixed. A new battery was installed & we were quoted approximately $1100 for a new compatible one. We were charged $224 via credit card for call out fee, battery, etc. I've since contacted another company who arrived yesterday & fixed the same gate motor by reprogramming it for an $80 call out fee.

I did post the above to there FB page to be told, The Operations Manager would call to discuss the above, 4wks ago,  unfortunately STILL waiting. Like everything, you learn the hard way.

Absolutely brilliant service.  The appointment was scheduled on Friday, I received a courtesy call in the morning giving me a time for arrival, they arrived on time, were professional and efficient and my roller door is thankfully back to full working condition!!  So happy guys.  Thank you!

Awful. New door installation at a rental.property took 4 months to be sorted. First the wrong door was delivered so they guy had to leave. Then they install it and leave a huge gap up the top. Finally get them back to fix it and I find out a month later (the tenants did not use the garage door often) that they changed the lock on the door and did not let us know or leave us keys. No replys to my e-mails or return of phone calls. I ended up changing the lock myself.

Now looking at installing a motor. DEFINITELY will not be using this company.

He was polite, engaging and obviously knew what he was doing when he encountered a couple of tricky issues.
Very happy with the work he performed and the product.
