This has been the practise we have attended for nearly four years now. Staff at reception are always friendly and attentive, even when they are obviously extremely busy. We see one doctor in particular who is amazing. But we have seen several other doctors who mostly have been very caring and thorough. We have total confidence in the doctors here.
I had to wait for half an hour past the appointment time, then the doctor appeared to have no interest in my problem, never made eye contact, and figuratively patted me on the head and told me I was fine. I have no intention of wasting my time and money visiting this specific doctor not Dr Andrew Cunningham but a different doctor again.
My disabled mother went to see a doctor here, she has recently had 2 knee replacement surgeries and has a condition that effects the balance part of her brain, she has a few different medications that she needs daily, the doctor took them all away, before telling her to "drop her pants" so he could look at her knee... she has been at home in pain crying for days since.... what great treatment from staff.....
This place is good - I have never had to wait long past appointment time, the Doctors actually care about the patient - I am very happy with the care received here..
