This is a debt collection agency. Do you remember the Aussie band 'The Cockroaches'? Well, this is a family of cockroaches. Headed by the Hough twins. Really, very nasty people. Harassing phone calls early in the morning. I've been telling their staff More Cockroaches they have the wrong number/person, but they still ring. Do not deal with these Cockroaches. COMPANIES NOTE - Do not send/sell these people your debts. They are THUGS and will drag down your companies name and reputation. if you don't believe me, a quick search for other reviews online will show what they are like.
Noel Martinez Customer Service Officer keeps sending my brother notifications saying he owes money even though he cleared the debt through cash converters. Please look into your own system and check yourself before sending notifications. This is harrasment! And not showing any initiative!
being harrassed constantly for a debt of $50 with optus, i rang optus to clear this up, they told me your a scam company and i have no debt with them. and to report any further contact to the police, now they say i have a debt with virgin? which is it? ive offered multiple payment options, you declined all of them.
A friend cleared their debt through he ombudsman because State Mercantile wrongfully gave them a bogus bad credit in the credit file! and now they are still harassing asking for payment! The government needs to stop them!
