One of the worst managed, dirtiest Starbucks that will ALWAYS get your order wrong. I asked for BOTH my drinks to get dairy-free whip, but got normal whip on one of them and saw it made with 2 different whipped cream bottles. As the lady handed the second drink to me with the darker whipped cream clearly the spice infused dairy one, i asked if its non-dairy and she absentmindedly dismissed me and said “yes” when it was clear the drinks had 2 different whips, only one of them dairy-free.nOther times i have received milk when asking for non dairy milk, and when i’ve asked them to remake it they’ve poured out the milk and remade it in the SAME milky cup without at least rinsing the milk out first or getting a new cup.nThe tables inside are always filthy dirty and never ever cleaned, you need to clean it yourselfnThe staff are always blasting their own music on 100 volume even though the speakers are playing different music.nThis is a mess of a Starbucks- don’t ever come here
That lady staff wearing a red top don't know what her role is today 28/12 before 12noon, who screamed at us in our seats asking if we were the one who ordered through the app and we should have come to the counter TO CHECK IF OUR ORDER IS READY should be re-trained for speaking to us loudly about our order while we were sitting and waiting. First of all, we went to the counter to check if our order was there because all the staff won't talk to us. I know they were busy but it was just 5 of us in the store. Second, it is the only branch that didn't call us out if our beverages are ready when we order online. It's easy to just say the name and pop the order there. We have no problems with other SB shops and if there was we would know and won't hassle the staff or anyone. RE-TRAIN YOUR STAFF BECAUSE IT IS NOT OKAY TO JUST BE GHETTO AT WORK! Disgusting attitudes.
Photos tell 1000 words. I went in today to grab a quick breakfast and brought my breaky roll home. This is a go to item for me and I was utterly shocked when I got home and realised the best before date had been removed from the item and its contents clearly were off. The roll had a strong smell omitting from it and I am grateful I realised what was happening before I ate it.nI understand it is Christmas time but there is no excuse in selling out of date food and putting customers health at risk.
I always have my coffee from starbucks every single day but today is my last day as i found a peace of suger paper in my coffee nNever again
This is the third time I have ordered a mango passionfruit frappechino from this store and have received this awful tasting drink that has to be thrown out.nEvery other Starbucks is a nice dark orange look not light yellow.nI don’t understand how you can get it wrong on so many occasions.
