I went here 1st time. Honestly coffee was above my all expectations . We took a break in between our long drive here, have Starbucks coffee & got energised.
Shocking service very rude staff. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRINKS, as half the time they get the order wrong or you get half a cup of froth. You pay premium prices for your coffee so you expect a full cup of coffee with the right bloody order, come on is it that difficult. Sort it out!!!! Its a shame as when they are down right starbucks coffees are amazing. Just some of the staff here letting the company down.
A million seats and not enough parking for a 3rd of the people to sit there! 3 girls working tirelessly, doing the best job they can but very long wait to be served, ran out of decaf prob fine as drive through but won’t visit to sit in again.
Efficient staff but rather slow service due to drive-through business taking priority. Comfortable seating and a log-effect fire made it quite cosy and parking was adequate.Food: 5/5
Super disappointed at getting a PCN for overstaying in the car park at St Leonard’s, then I find the guy I was meeting also got a PCN for £60.00, then I see others have been hit the same way. Seriously avoid parking here, just get a drive thru and leave asap. No wonder the place was half empty and to make it worse they kept leaving the car park door open and it was freezing cold and no heating. Went to shut it three times and some maintenance worker clearing ice from the car park just kept opening for the lead to his machine. Absolutely awful experience!!!!
The drivethru doesnt has a clear marking on where should I stop the car nd give the order, also half of the menu displayed on drive thru is unavailable.
1st time Starbuck user, enjoyed my hot chocolate. Had a chicken and bacon wrap which was nice and fresh.Food: 5/5
Waited ten minutes in the drive through queue only to be told after ordering and waiting for said order they don’t accept cash… gave 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0
Very friendly members of staff and great drinks. I just wish the prices were a little lower equivalent to Costa's. Free parking, blue badge parking, lots of seating inside and a few outside, toilets. The slip road to the cafe is unsafe, beause on many occasions I have witnessed drivers overshoot the road and end up on the grass.
Stopped here for a coffee and croissant mid morning Sunday, the server was busy in conversation with her friend but took my order. I received my coffee no problem and waited at the counter, after a while a different server asked if ever was ok and I replied I was waiting for my croissant "oh did you want it warmed"! I thought that was what you were doing, just give it to me the way it is now! If this is the service when they're not busy God help you on a busy day
