You probably already know the Starbucks experience, and this is not much different. I didn't find the staff particularly attentive. The door is very heavy to open with hands full, especially if you have a pram or small children. It's a nice outlook to the street, and has some comfy chairs in the window of you like people watching. There is outdoor seating also. Overall a good Starbucks, if that is your thing.

I always have hot green tea latte. It was bad and was not full. It look like 3/4 milk. All girl staffs were talking all the time. They didn’t care about customer service and some table wasnt clean up almost half an hour. Very disappointing Starbucks in Chatswood.

Come here to study 3 to 4 times a week and the amount of ice being added to a $6+ drink is absolutely outrageous!! Im talking 3qtrs full of ice! I only want to post this because its been getting worse and worse. I wouldnt waste your time here im heading back to eskimoes cafe just across the road😡😡😡😡

The service is good but I requested a Starbucks card for collection and the branch manager is not allowed. Surprisingly other branch is allowed me to do so. It is a bit disappointing.

Great Starbucks store! Drinks are always delicious and are finished very quickly. Lots of promotions happening and there's often free samples being handed out by very friendly staff. Beautiful modern space with of seating to escape the noise of the city.
