Busy first thing in the morning. On some visits, the staff can be under pressure and it can reflect in your coffee. They will rectify the interesting-tasting coffees if you ask. Not a lot of on street parking.Food: 4/5
Another Starbucks located in the busy Takapuna main street, always filled with coffee lovers, an app is useful so you can just order then pick up rather than waiting here. Okay space, not too many seatings, but some people do take their time and relax here. Different choices of coffees and drinks, also selling some branded mugs.
Lovely coffee and wonderful customer services. Its a bit sad that Mobile app can't take orders. I ordered in store and waited for 20 minutes.
Not clean enough. Customer left the store but they didn't clean the table for awhile. This Starbucks is not big so we need a clean table. Toilet, not clean either. Charging points - not many available. Close early. Hm I will not come back here again. NZ Starbucks are small and not comfy for me.

I don’t normally give out reviews on Google. But this time I wish to give a “0” to this Starbucks in Takapuna. I ordered a tall Americano to take away. Coffee feels hot but it tasted just like filter coffee. $4.70 for it. Well I learned my lessons. It won’t happen for me to go in Starbucks ever again.
Not sure why the line was taking so long when there were around 4 people behind the counter but only 1 person taking orders. I had to wait for a good 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes for my food and turns out they got my order wrong. I don't usually have a problem at Starbucks, maybe new staff member?
terrible customer service. the person taking my order was very rude and sassy. i ordered before 2 people and they got their drinks before me. also the plastic cover on the frappuccino was dirty!!!
Came here 6:10pm, staff said closed. Isn’t the closing time 6:30pm??? Drove all the way from home to the shop just for the drinks btw, good job.
Great food and drinks but only 2 staff on and we had a group of people with us. I tried to get help with my Starbucks APP so I could order and pay for food and drinks.We were told online my Starbucks App and the additional card we had could be activated in store but the staff member didn't know how to activate it so I said this seems too difficult and the staff member agreed. Everyone paid for themselves but I think we would have ordered more if my Starbucks APP had been activated by the staff member. I was disappointed as I thought it would have been a great way to order for everyone and pay for all the orders. Quite disappointed as it was my husband's graduation day and we took family and friends there to celebrate.
