Quick and polite service. The vanilla brownie ice cream was delicious! Edit - Went to Movenpick Takapuna again this week. They were all out of vanilla brownie ice cream so I got the cappuccino ice cream instead on the left of picture. It was really yummy! You could taste the coffee in it but it wasn't too strong or overwhelming. Also not very bitter.

Went in this afternoon to get ice-cream, the store had a sign that they didn't have cones. Surely the store could have made some, especially on a Sunday. Stopped by after lunch for ice cream. Ordered the nut lovers dream shared platter. There was only one person on it was midday on a Thursday so there was a little wait for ordering. The platter was alright although the cream was over-whipped. Ice cream was nice like always. There was a fairly nice seating area outside but it was quite small.
Was here today 28 Aug 2022. There was only one person working who was really fast and had a great attitude even though you could tell the line out the door would have put her under the pump. Not sure who the manager is, but this women needs to commended for her workethic and positive attitude. Great Frapee and Sundae.
We have always enjoyed our icecreams and esp the convenience of the location. Friendly staff.
